Why we built this

ZippyGo is a voice-first, agentic travel app: you talk, and an AI agent does the searching, the comparing and the booking. We built the ZippyGo connector so that same flight engine answers you wherever you already think out loud — including inside Claude and ChatGPT.

Ask for a flight in plain language and you get live airline inventory, not a guess. The prices you see are the prices we would charge you, taxes and fees included, because the connector queries the same booking engine that powers the ZippyGo app.

What it can do

  • Search real flights — one-way, round-trip and multi-city, for adults, children and infants, in any cabin.
  • Compare live fares across airlines with the full price shown up front, including taxes and fees.
  • Narrow the results by stops, airline, departure window, duration or price, without running the search again.
  • Check flexible dates to see whether shifting a day or two saves you money.
  • Read the fare rules — what a change or a cancellation would actually cost before you commit.
  • See the seat map and what each seat costs.
  • Add baggage and meals for each traveller and each leg of the trip.
  • Look up live flight status for a flight number and date.
  • Hand off to checkout — when you are ready, it gives you a secure link that carries your chosen flight and extras straight to ZippyGo.

What it cannot do

This is deliberate, and it is the part we would most like you to read.

  • It cannot book a flight. No tool in the connector creates a reservation or issues a ticket.
  • It cannot take a payment. The connector has no access to any payment system, and no card can be charged through it. It cannot see, store or use a saved card.
  • It cannot open an existing booking. It cannot look up, change, cancel or refund a trip you have already made, and it cannot reach any traveller’s records.
  • It cannot see your account. No sign-in happens in the assistant, so the connector never has an identity to look anything up with.

Everything that involves your name, your passport, your card or your existing trips happens on zippygo.ai, after you sign in — never in a third-party assistant. Booking, payment, cancellations, refunds and date changes are all handled there.

How the hand-off works

When you are happy with a flight, ask the assistant to continue. It gives you a link to zippygo.ai that carries your selected flight and any baggage or meals you chose. Opening it takes you to passenger details, where you sign in with Google or Apple, enter traveller information and pay through our own secure checkout.

The link is short-lived and matched to the fare you were quoted. Fares and seats are held by the airline, not by us, so if a quote expires you will be shown the current price before anything is confirmed. You always see the final amount on ZippyGo before you pay.

What data it sees

Only what you type into the request: where you want to fly, when, how many people are travelling and their ages, your cabin preference and any filters you apply. That is what an airline needs to price a seat.

The connector does not receive your name, email, phone number, passport details or payment information, and it does not read the rest of your conversation. Search requests are logged to operate and improve the service, as described in our privacy policy.

Your use of Claude or ChatGPT is governed by Anthropic’s and OpenAI’s own terms and privacy policies. Anything you go on to do on zippygo.ai is governed by ours.

How to connect

In Claude: open Settings, go to Connectors, find ZippyGo Smart Travel in the directory and enable it. Then just ask for a flight — for example, “find me a flight from New York to London on the 12th of next month.”

In ChatGPT: enable the ZippyGo app from the apps directory, then ask in the same way.

There is nothing to sign up for and no key to enter. The connector works anonymously.

How to disconnect

Remove or disable the connector from the same settings screen you enabled it on. Because the connector holds no account and no identity, there is nothing left behind to delete. Any bookings you made on zippygo.ai are unaffected and stay in your ZippyGo account.

Availability and accuracy

Fares and availability come live from airlines and their distribution partners and can change between one search and the next. A price quoted in a conversation is an offer to look at, not a reservation — a seat is only yours once it is ticketed on ZippyGo. Some airlines and some routes do not publish seat maps, baggage or meal options, and the connector will say so rather than guess.
